All our prices are per person per night for bed & breakfast, based upon two adults sharing (except single accommodation) and excluding Bank Holidays. Children sharing a room with both parents enjoy a reduced rate.

Exceptions:
Xmas, New Year, Easter & May Bank Holidays will be charged at Summer (July, August, September) rates

Cancellation Policy:
We reserve the right to charge the first nights stay on any cancelled booking. The full amount of any stay will be charged if less than one weeks notice is given of cancellation.
